I have a new toy!
I signed up with Jellybooks, which I’ve found to be a really interesting book site. When I checked it out, I discovered a beautiful layout, and with all the pretty book covers to peruse, it felt like being in a virtual bookstore. It’s a place to discover books, and I am very excited to give it a try.
As an author there, I also get these widgets which has totally geeked me out! Jellybooks provides a 10% sample of the books on their site, and with a simple click on the widget, readers can easily download the sample and even share it if they like! If readers want to buy the book, they can hop on over to their favorite bookstore for purchase. I just think it’s so cool to be able to offer this to interested readers in this format!
Here’s mine for The Magician’s Doll. I lucked out – their buttons totally match my book cover. 😉
